I am so excited. Just heard from my surgeon. Insurance approved me only after a few days!!!! My date is Aug 14th Will receive the lapband.

That's wonderful. I've been waiting almost 3 weeks but my doctor's office left a message today for me to call there tomorrow. I'm keeping my fingers crossed. Best of Luck to you.

Congrats! That wait is so stressful. I bet you're glad it's over!

Had a REALIZE band 12/07-11/10 lost 90 lbs; band slipped in 11/10, gained 45, VSG on 6/8/11 and back on the loser's bench!
