vitamins
It's a trial and error process - then just when you get it down - you go back to work and have to adjust so be ready to shift your schedule once back.
I usually take my multi-vitamin and iron first thing when I get up and hold the calcium for a couple hours until I am at work and settled. Then mid-afternoon another calcium. About an hour and half after dinner I take the second iron and my last calcium just before bed.
I take Caltrate petites for calcium so I have to take 3 to get the right amount. It will depend on which ones you take - just remember to spread them out (away from the iron and away from food)
For B12 I take the sublingual from Natures Bounty - one first thing in the morning and one usually after dinner.
One "trick" that helped me remember those mid-day calcium was to take it when I took my protein. It made it a little easier to remember them!
It seems like alot at first but you will get used to taking them and it won't seem so bad.
Keep tha****er bottle handy too - it becomes and extension of your arm after awhile and eventually you will KNOW you forgot something if you don't have it with you.
Happy Scheduling!!!
