my update and pregnancy question

Hi everyone!  School is finally out, so I am happy to report that I will (hopefully) be joining you all again at the Lakewood/Toms River meetings.  A quick update on me - I had my RNY with Dr. Schmidt on April 10, 2007 and was 318  pounds, size 26.  As of today I'm weighing in at 162 and am a size 8!!!!!  I feel awesome!!! Hubby and I are TTC again (had to do fertility treatments before surgery to have my son),  I was wondering if anyone had any trouble TTc after surgery, or if it was easier?

I've been told on numerous occasions that losing alot of weight makes you Fertile Myrtle.  I hope you have an easy time.  Good luck.

Hi Marcie -- you're smaller than me now!  LOL In any case, come to this Friday's meeting in Toms River and talk to Deidre about the pregnancy thing-- she just told me she'd be there, and she's the right one to speak to. Hope to see you and your Mom this Friday.... Hugs, Nannette

I'm over two years post-op and I'm six months preggo.  I had no problems TTC and do think that losing the weight did help me.  It was a huge surprised when I found out I was pregnant, but as times goes by, it is a beautiful blessing.
