food list

does anyone still have the food list that i used to mail out?? i can't find my copy -- evidently i deleted it off my computer -- if someone would email it back to me i would greatly appreciate it :) someone is looking for ideas thanks roberta

Hi Roberta, How are you doing?  All is well.  I think you e-mailed it to me, I will try to find it, and e-mail back to you.  I am only 2 LBS away from my goal.  I am in a size 10, I haven't seen that in years.  I still have a problem with acid -reflux, but the prilosec does control it.  Anyway, I hope all is well for you.

wow!! that is awesome :) i'm so proud of you!! and thanks for looking for that :) friend had surgery the end of may and is tired of the same old same old  haha  love ya roberta tomorrow is my last day of school -- and we leave for florida tomorrow night -- can't wait!!
