Seen Surgeon on Saturday!!!

Hi Everyone, I saw my surgeon this saturday.  I haven't seen him in 6 months.  He said I was doing wonderful!!!!  My weight is 168lbs!!!!  WooHoo!!!!!  8LBS to goal!!!  I feel so good!!!

Hi Jacki, I just noticed that  you had your surgery about a year before me, when did you stop losing the weight?  Also how long have you been maintaining?  Any Info would be greatly appreciated!!! 

hi it will be two years end of july for me.  i think i lost most of my weight in the first 9  months, after that it was a pound here and a pound there.  i have basically been maintaining since about 12-14 months out within the same 3-4 pound range.  i lost more than my surgeon thought i would, but that was not from any great effort, it just worked that way.  my final total was 122 pounds. anything else you want to know just ask. hugs, jacki
