Support Groups question/Dr. Bertha

The support group meeting are posted regularly on their web site and along with there web site its also posted in their office on the dry erase board when you first walk in.  If you still are not sure about the dates and times you can always call the office.

As far as the office staff goes, I have never had a problem!  They are all wonderful!!  The only thing is sometimes their is a long wait.  However, Dr. Bertha and Abkin are so thorough that if I was the person in the the exam room and I had a laundry list of questions I would not want tobe rushed out.  So sometimes you do have to wait.

If you still are having a problem voice your concerns to the office managaer.  She is wonderful too!

Clearly, I am missing something here.  I only ever see the "New Patient Orientation" information on the website.  Maybe I am not looking in the right section (though I thought I had looked all over the site). Thanks again to everyone for all of the information.  I don't remember seeing the board with the info in the office either, so i will call and try to speak to someone.
