Over the next 10 days, when you feel the craving to “eat” something - stop and
think of your ultimate goal. Also think of your love ones, and how in no time all
these crave feelings will be a thing of the past.
If you’re like me, there aren’t many foods out there that you haven’t eaten more
then once in your life. Someday you’ll be able to have it again. Remember, this
is much different then DIETING!! In the future, you’ll still be able to eat the foods you like - but in smaller (healthier) portions. When I stopped and realized that, my desire for the food went away.
Also consider this: Every seconds that ticks by, mean you're closer to your
goal

begin day 2. Not so bad in the morning. But cooking dinner for my husband and kids, well that wasnt as fun as I expected, and I wasnt expecting fun. LOL
Anyone have any helpful tips for that? LOL! I was thinking about maybe making some ready made meals and freezing them. All I know I can do that with though is lasagna and ziti. Any other ideas?? I am opened to any of them.
