Ocean County Support Group Meetings

I am wandering if anyone can give me info on Ocean County Support Group meetings? When? Where? What exactly is done at the meetings? How many people usually attend? Would I have to bring anything other than myself? Please forgive me for sounding ignorant I just have never been to a support group meeting.. Thank You Stacey 

OCWLS Support Group Meetings First Friday of each month in Toms River - Community Medical Center, Auditorium A at 7pm or Third Monday of each month in Lakewood - Kimball Medical's Center for Healthy Living, 198 Prospect Street at 7pm It is a peer to peer support group that shares WLS experiences, knowledge and anything else that comes up! In Toms River we usually get about 30-35 at a meeting, and in Lakewood we usually get 15-20. Nothing but yourself is necessary - no registration is needed -- just show up! Regards, Nannette
