Good Thursday morning everyone!  Time to rise and shine!  It's gonna be an awesome Thursday!   Our challenge today is to focus on water.  Water has no health value they say.  Fooey!  Water is essential to life.  Water is essential to weight loss.  Water is essential period!  Although there are no vitamins, no protien, no calcium, or CAFFIENE!!  Let's get in our water today.  Did you know that you ge****er from a lot of the food you eat?  From meats?  Cool to know huh?  So!  Who's with me???  If you are at a stall, or if you need to lose some weight you have gained, if you'll focus on sipping on water and "water load" before your meals, (remember the basics?) you'll begin to lose!  So let's be sure to get in our water today.   So, what cha sipping on?  ME?  WATER!!  No coffee as of yet.  I'm sipping on some water.  I allowed myself to give out of milk and cream so I'll be waiting on my coffee.  YAWN!  LOL  I bet when I go to the store, I will LOAD UP ON CREAMER!!  LOL   Ya'll have a blessed, wonderful, and awesome water loading Thursday!!!

Since I've been slipping a lot lately, I woke up today and decided to start the day with water, first. I'm going to concentrate on getting all my water today and spacing it so that I'm not drinking it with meals. Your post was confirmation that I'm doing the right thing!! Thanks!

I agree tha****er is an essential for most people, especially those of us that need additonal support to keep things hydrated.  However, there was a story on NPR today about people maybe not needing as much woater as we've been led to believe.  Link is here:  http://www.npr.org/templates/story/story.php?storyId=8932393 4 I, for one, feel better when I drink my minimum of 8 glasses a day.
