8 month Anniversary!!!!

Hi Everyone, Well am 8 months post op, I lost a total of 6 lbs since last month.  The weight is not coming off as quick as it was, but am satisfied with the total loss of 117 lbs!!!! Woo hoo!!!  I have 24 lbs togo!! I have to say that if I don't lose any more weight that would be okay, I feel a whole lot better now, and I just want to learn to maintain my weight.  That was something that I was never able to do.  I do not want to gain this weight back, and that is what my goal will be for the rest of my life!!!

That is my goal as well. Can you tell me what Protein you use?

Hi Miriam, Thank you,  At this time I am able to eat more, so I get my protein from eating.  I don't eat bread or junk food anymore, strictly protein.  Hope that was the answer to your question.

awesome!!! you are doing a wonderful job!! just keep enjoying life :) the rest of the weight will come off -- you have a window of 18 months before the real hard work kicks in -- just keep doing what you are doing :) luv ya roberta
