I use fitday.com to track my eating.  Fitday is free, though you can buy a version to download onto your pc.  I find it very useful.  I'd be interested to see what everyone else uses.

I also posted this on the main board and I got a lot of feed back on the website wwwthedailyplate.com they all seem to like it and it is free also. I just signed up and it is pretty neat. I will check out fitday.com also. Thanks for your help!

I'll have to check it out.  I've entered a lot of custom food into my fitday account - I wonder if I could transfer it if dailyplate is better?  I'll have to check that out. Thanks!!

I use thedailyplate.com which is free.  I found Fitday did not have any of the items I was eating and I had to enter everything - even everyday items.  I stopped using it after one day. Daily plate has had everything I have eaten and even has items from some chain restaurants so you can make better choices when you eat out.  Much more user friendly in my opinion.

i use sparkpeople to track.  its free and although i have to add quite a few foods in the early days, now they are in my favorites and easy to just plug in to my day. they have lots of other features which im not using at the moment. good luck, jacki

I use the Daily Plate....I find that Fit Day doesn't have alot of the foods I eat, so I am constantly adding them. Also, The Daily Plate is vey easy to use.                                                                                                             -Bob
