I Found A Job!

Many of you know that I was 'downsized' after ten years with my last employer just before Christmas. Although I only started looking for a new job in the last few weeks, it has monopolized all my time and I haven't been around here much lately. I was getting very frustrated -- lots of meetings with headhunters and outplacement counselors, but no real interviews for an actual job! Well - last week I finally got an interview late in the day on Thursday and nailed the interview. Got the job and start on Monday. Got the salary I wanted too, although the total benefit and bonus package isn't as good as what I lost, I was fearful I would have to take a huge cut in the current economy and market. Whilel not the ideal job, I am starting Monday with an open mind and glad to be going back to work! Wish me luck! Hugs, Nannette
