Thursday Coffee Talk

Good morning everyone.  I hope you had a good nights sleep.  I know I did.   This morning, I come to you with a heavy heart.  One of our very own, Renee aka RedDusty's husband, Mike, lost his battle with cancer.  My challenge to you today is to please go to her page (the link follows) and let her know that you are praying for her and are supporting her.  In a time like this, it helps to know that you have prayers and support of friends.  You may not even know her, but you will touch her life just by being there with support.  I can fully relate as to where she is and what your support will do for her.  PLEASE let her know you care!  Here is the link http://www.obesityhelp.com/morbidobesity/members/status.php? Good morning, Support for fellow members is so important, it's sad to see that her husband lost his battle. I hope she can find peace. Today we had a meeting & birthday celebration at work.  We all had coffee together and also some treats, but I made sure to stay away from most. I had 1/3 of a bagel (plain) and later on a 1/2 slice of homemade, low-sugar banana bread. Not bad! I hope everyone has a wonderful day. Remember everyone, get your shopping done today in case it snows tomorrow.

Good morning my friend.  Little late replying to ya.  Just thought I would kinda expand a little bit.  I'm trespassing on 6 other boards trying to just spread some positive words.  Hope no one minds.  HEHEHEHE  I also met Jill on the Cruise 3 weeks ago and I knew she was from Jersey.  I have friends in Pensauken.  Hope I spelled that right.  LOL  They moved there from here in Luverne.  WOW!  They said it was a great culture shock to them.  I can only imagine.   Have a great day!
