organics....my life saver

As an RN I am fascinated with research... i was having SO SO SO MUCH TROUBLE eating and holding food down until a couple of months ago....then I started going organic bit by bit... as things ran out in my pantry i restocked at whole foods with organics... meats, veggies etc.... its killing me financially or atleast it WAS killing me financially. 200-300$$$ a week in groceries for my  children and me...

so i started finding organic coupons... it helps a little

and a friend of mine has an organic co-op she orders produce at a fraction of the cost... and now we are eating way more fruits and veggies...because it is so much more inexpensive.....if anyone wants more info on the northern NJ organic coop feel free to write me and i ll give u more info...

i cant beleive the damage that all those pesticide residue can cause...i.e. cancers...etc...
its so wicked scary.....
