Miriam, Thanks so much.  It won't be long before you have your own pictures to show off!  My family says that my eyes look bigger.  A friend's son of mine (who is about 4) saw me the other day for the first time since surgery and said "Miss Pam, you're not as fat as you used to be"  Yep, that's about right!  Hope all is well, Pam

Hi Pam,

Children can be cruel sometimes, but this time im sure you felt great. Today was my first appointment with my doctor, and to my surprise, im 22lbs down. i so excited. Only 10 days ago i was 272 and now im 250. God is GOOD.

Like you said soon i will posting pictures of me.
