Good Thursday morning everyone!  Time to rise and shine!  It's going to be a wonderful day.  Gotta get up and get moving.

Our challenge today is to get a grip.  Only you and I can get a grip on our situations.  Only you and I can change the outcome of our situation.  How?  By getting a grip and try to change the outcome.  You have a tool in WLS.  Will you get a grip on the tool and make it work for you?  The same thing in other things in life.  Will you get a grip on them and make them turn out to better you?  Will you get a grip on your job and make it better?  Will you get a grip on your home life and change it?  How bad do you want this?  Ask yourself that, then if you see you really want to change it, then "get a grip"!  You CAN change things!!

So, who's up?  What cha sipping on?  Me?  I'm enjoying some AWESOME Bahamian coffee called Coco Loco Rosted Coconut Coffee.  Man!  Is this stuff EVER good!  Better than the other one!  I'd love to share a cup of this with you!

Have an awesome Thursday everyone!  Be blessed!

I'm at my desk in my office having a Dunkin' Donuts decaf cinnamon with one splenda and milk. I've been trying to fix up my face with moisturizer--it got burned--I forgot to put suntan lotion on my face of all places! Well I've gotta' make this short--I've got so much work to do (got to get a grip!!) Love, Jill

How come the pa board didn't get a perky wake up call?  HMMMM??  LOL!  Good to see your smiling face. Well I'm sipping on my NIGHT cup of crystal lite.  Not time to be movin and groovin for me - but I will be tonight at work again! Last night was such a nice night in the ER - although I love my job - it is nice to have a quiet night once in awhile. Today had me food shopping after work, then making a dip for a party at work tonight (1 1/2 cups FF ranch dressing + 1 cup Wing Sauce.  Combine.  Pour into a small baking dish  1 package chicken grilled and chopped.  Layer on top of ranch mixture.  Then top with LF cheese.  Place in oven until bubbly and melty.  Tastes like buffalo wings without the fried greasy skin and high fat/high cal blue cheese.  Serve w/ chips or w/ veggies)   Then I made dinner for my hubby who eats when he gets home from his nine to fiver.  I'll wake up and join him in progress to sit and talk with him. Enjoy your day, and I'll try to keep and/or get a grip! Pam
