Clean Eating Magazine

Clean eating magazine caught my eye at the supermarket check out, and it really was a good buy.  Yes, I'm a broken record with the clean eating and weigh****chers core program, but it really has helped me maintain my weight loss. Anyhow, if you go to cleaneating.com there are some really good receipes on there. I am going to bring the magazine to the OCWLS group meeting on Friday, if anyone cares to peruse it. I really want to find/join/start a clean eating group. It's been on my mind a while.  I just need one other person who doesn't think I'm a holistic freak !!!! NO worries...Chris (my fiance) makes fun of me too b/c now I'm paranoid of estrogen in my rubbermaid containers.  :)  Hugs to all.  Angela

ross will not put styrofoam in the microwave -- it causes cancer he says -- HUGE fight one night about it hahaha that was so long ago now -- i use styrofoam and he doesn't -- not a problem -- he's also a freak about germs and i can live with germs  i'll look up clean eating and see what it's all about -- too bad i live so far away  take care roberta

i just started on a clean eating diet and so far so good. It not been easy to eat 5 to 6 meals a day or cut back on the caffeine but i know it is all worth it in the end if i keep at it. You can check out my progress, cheer me on and just spectate at http://www.seinlife.com/
