help anyone, i need to lose 50 pounds from childbirth.  i need hellllpppp.  i was considering a revision.  does anyone have any ideas?  has anyone had a revision? thanks let me know asap

hi how long ago was childbirth??  have you tried going back to the basics???  lots of protein and liquids upping the exercise??  revision just seems drastic good luck to you  roberta

I suggest you learn about all wls, particularly the
ds, you cant get it in Morristown , I had some pre opts down there, but it is not my hospital of choice, I go to the University hospitals in NYC. cutting edge.
