Hi Everyone, As of today my BMI is under 40(39.9), WOOHOO!!!!!! I started out at 56. I can't believe how far I have come. I just needed to shout it out. My 5 month anniversary is Sunday and I have already lost 90lbs. Thanks for listening!!!! Melissa
