I can't believe it has been a year !

Yesterday (11/27) was the one year mark for me. What a great trip it has been so far. I am down about 135 lbs., and a bit over 20 inches in my waist and I an doing stuff that I thought was gone forever.My son is loving the energy that I have ... he is the real reason that I decided to make this journey. I am so glad that I did. I have met some great people on this board and at the Toms River meetings. I just wanted to take a moment to thank those of you that have helped me get to where I am and to where I am headed. Be safe all and thanks again for all of your help Ray
