Thanks for your response. So far I have an appt with Dr Ducheine on Dec 12th. I am looking into Dr Bale and Drs Ewing & Trividi's office told me they do not accept my HMO. Maybe because it is medicaid based Horizon NJ Health. Thank you all for your help. It's nice not to feel so alone in this.
