4 Month Anniversary

Hi Everyone, Today is my 4 month anniversary since my surgery.  I am feeling pretty good.  It does get better as time goes on.  I have lost 74lbs.  Woohoo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  Even though today is exactly 4 months when I count the weeks, I am actually 4 and half months into my journey.  I have so much energy now, I remember before the surgery how I would go around and around the parking lot at the grocery store just to find the closest spot to park, because the weight would make my arthritus hurt so bad, i couldn't walk.  I can park anywhere now.  My arthritus doesn't bother me anymore.  I am so thankful for the support that has been given by everyone on OH.  The surgery has really helped me to change my eating habits I really don't think I would have been able to do it any other way. hey melissa good for you :)  it does get better -- have to let the new people know that it does get better :)  funny you mention the parking spaces --  i don't try to park up front any more either -- and i don't even think of it -- i just find a parking space now :)  take care roberta

You go, girl.  I am so happy for you.  Hope all is well.  Keep up the good work!  How's the burping?  Hopefully that's mostly all gone now.  I miss talking to you.  We had a lot of good laughs those first few weeks after surgery.  Love you!
