Reminder - OCWLS Lakewood Meeting

Hi guys -- just a reminder that Monday, November 19th will be our regularly scheduled OCWLS Support Group Meeting in Lakewood at 7pm.  Kimball Medical's Center for Healthy Living, 198 Prospect Street. As this will be just before Thanksgiving, let's put on the agenda -- strategies to deal with Thanksgiving overeating!  I'm sure we can all share some tips with each other.
