Personal Chef Service in Northern NJ

Hi All, I am a fellow Gastric Bypass patient and started my own Personal Chef Service. I did this because I have always had a love of food and after surgery want to find a way to still enjoy it without all the calories and fat that went with it. In 13 months I lost 110 lbs and reached my goal. I am available for weight loss patients as far as healthy foods and portion control. As well as for other members of the family who would like to eat healthy. I  also have gift certificate if you know someone who is having the surgery and doesn't want to cook but needs food for the family, or is single. All foods are prepared fresh and are packaged to fit your needs. I do a free consultation and make a menu around you. If you or anyone you know is interested in this please let me know. yes plaese e mail where i can get in touch wit you im  a single guy who has done the surgery and i have a hard time trying to figure out what to eat my protien levels are so bad im statrting to staver to death i was only loooking to loss about 140 lbs and loss 240 so you can see what im going thur here so any help would be great  thanks frank
