Dr. Adam Goldstein
I did not personally use Dr. Goldstein, however, I know of several who did and they all say he is wonderful. He has a great reputation in this area. However, he is a very busy doc and it could take up to 6 weeks to get an appointment. He does have a new partner - Dr. Kinser ?? and I went to his seminar and I liked him alot. However, I had chosen another doc. Good luck.
