I had my own little moment this morning

Hello all I had to share this with some of you. I have been amazed a few times during this journey so far but for the last month or month and a half I have been having my own little struggle. I have watched my waist and body size shrink here and there and have been quite happy with where I am however I have been in the 200s for ever it seems. Every morning I hit the scale and it has been sitthing there not moving. Well this morning I stepped on expecting to see it say 200 - 202 ... NOPE !!! 198 was the reading today! I made it to the 100s and it happened two days before my family and I go  vacation. SWEET !!! Well I had to mention this to some of you who will understand better than most ! Be safe all Ray

Hi Ray, I posted the same problem this week, I know am not as far as you are in your journey,  but the scale has stopped for me to until today, I lost another pound!!!!   Everyone has said that your body has to periodically adapt to the dramatic weight loss.  I know now that this is only a part of the journey.  One thing for sure you do have to continue to eat right and excersize, the surgery doesn't do it alone.  Well I wish you well, and congratulations!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
