Thanks for the advice, thats what I'm attempting to do as well. Walking 45-60 mins 3 or 4 times per week, eating lighter, etc...I have an appt. with the surgeon on 11/8 and he requires patients to start on protein drinks two weeks pre-op.   Yours is right around the corner!!!  You must be SO psyched!!!

I am SOOOOOO psyched.I jus thope I can have at least the 10 lbs off that my doc wanted.I am trying not to let the fear get to me but with 3 young kids I can't help but worry about the bad stuff.But  I am doing my best not to dwell on that though.

Good luck i am waiting to get approved. I lived in Pitman most of my life up until about 13 years ago now i am in Mantua. Looks like we are going to the same Doctor office but i have  DR Greenbaum. I might of saw you at one of the meetings. I will be at the next meeting in Nov.  How long have you lived in Pitman?? Again Good luck and best wishes.

Hi!  Thanks for the good wishes!...I'll need all of them I can get!  I heard Dr. Greembaum was excellent, as well.  I've only lived in Pitman about 6 yrs...lived for a while in Mullica Hill, too. But, I'm born and raised in South Philly.  Actually, I haven't been to any of the meetings yet.  Then enxt one is Nov. 5th, right??  I'm going to try to get to that one, though my work schedule is a little insane.  Let me know how you're coming along in your process...best of luck to you,too!

Yes the next meeting is Nov 5th. I will be there and i hope to be approved by then.
