So......I want to thank forum members for sharing their thoughts and feelings. This was the first thread that I have started on OH since my appointment to the advisory board and I was gratified by the openness and receptiveness of the members.
How do you handle it when you crave a prohibited food?
Ultimately there are as many answers as there are responders. This requires what we psychologists call both introspection and awareness. Honestly looking at your patterns will lead you to an answer that works for you.
