Anyone with Empire BCBS??
I have Empire BCBS, but I had RNY. I am surprised, though, that you would need to get pre-approval for a fill? It's not surgery... it's an office visit!?!?!?
Won't they just do the fill and submit the info to insurance, just like for a regular office visit? I wish you much luck with this!
