Hey all, This is something we do on the Pa board, wanted to see if anyone was interested in doing it here.  It's kinda fun reading about other people's plans, and helps get you geared for the day by posting your menu, planning your meals, and sticking to it (plus gives others ideas as to what to have when they feel in a 'rut') Today, as I work nights, I just finished my snack.  I'm doing overtime today, so I am going to bed around now so I can wake up early and go to work at 7p instead of 11p.  Then it's work, home, taking a walk, putting away laundry, oh, 'dinner' has to be in there sometime between 9 and 11, and then off to bed around 1pm for me.  Here's my menu for the day: B:  1/2 c fat free ricotta w/ 1/4 cup berries = 20gm protein S:  Protein drink w/ 8oz skim plus milk = 34gm protein L:  Salad w/ 2 skim milk cheese sticks & 2 oz deli ff chicken breast =  29gm protein S:  Dannon Lite and Fit Yogurt = 5gm protein D:  Home made pulled pork on a bun and 1 oz cheese:  app. 23 gm protein?? S:  Healthy Choice Fudge Bar = 4gm protein TOTAL Protein:  115gm protein  Plus I drink 3-4 liters of water a day and a large hot tea w/ 3 splenda and milk at work from DD Have a WONDERFUL TUESDAY all!! "G'nite" Pam

menu???  not me -- i have always been the type to take something out of the freezer then end up having something else -- and after surgery i am no exception to my own rule haha  ross is in the fire academy right now -- so if i take something out and he comes home and  grabs a Lean Pocket after work (about 4:30) then he isn't in the mood for dinner and he's out the door by 5:30 for the academy -- then what am i gonna do?? make dinner for 1?? nope -- grab a can of soup -- have some leftover (whatever kind i can find) meat that is in the fridge from last night or the night before -- right now i'm having a bowl of oatmeal because i think i've had WAY too many fudgsicles for today -- BUT today was the exception -- we actually had some stuffed fish -- i put it in the oven at 3:30 so that i might deter him from having that Lean Pocket  so i'm really really bad about trying to plan a menu of any type  roberta
