I had lap band surgery on May 01, 2007, to this date I have lost 75 pounds. I have never had a fill yet but recently I have been pretty sore around my port area. Does anyone know what could cause this and what is the remedy.

I would say that if you are still having pain you need to call your doctor. I had pain after my surgery, but within 6 weeks it was pretty much gone. My pain was caused by an infection that I had at the incision site. Hope that you are feeling better soon.
I agree...I'm not SUPER familiar with lap band...but I would think this far out after having little pain all along, new pain would be something to talk to your surgeon about.
