Weekend of WOWs
I just got back from a dude ranch in the Catskills. I had a fantastic time and constantly thought of how lucky I am to have been there.....this time last year I could barely walk and / or breathe. This weekend I walked, walked and walked -- up hill, down hill, up stairs, down stairs. I played tug o' war, I RODE A HORSE! and I felt great. The people I was with kept asking if I needed a rest or if I wanted to sit down and my answer was a consistent NO, I'm fine! I never felt better and just wanted to share with all of you. Those who are pre-op don't lose faith this surgery is amazing! I was really nervous about whether the food there would be ok and if I'd be able to get in all my needs and it was so perfect, I have not a single issue to deal with except that I am sorry I didn't do this a year ago!
that is great!!! i always wanted to check out the dude ranch weekends :)
it is amazing what can be done when you lose the weight and you can breath again :)
take care
