Support meetings at St. Clare

Does anyone go to the support meetings at St. Clare's in Dover?  I was just wondering if they are worth going to and if you get a lot of information from the group meetings.

St Clare's support meeting is this Wednesday coming up.  I have been going (even though I am still pre-op).

I enjoyed them and got alot of information since I started attending in April.  Last month they added a physch doc to the group.  Personally I thought I got less out of the meeting with him there but I will be there anyway.

It's definately worth attending in my opinion.
