I cannot believe...

that I am in a size 12 petite.  I promised myself I would not go shopping until I wore a "regular" size.  Well, its been 6 months now and I had to go shopping because I have nothing to wear!  Well as usual I went for the larger sizes (16) and brought a whole bunch of clothing into the dressing room.  Would you believe, I had to bring everything back because they were too big!  So, back to the racks and started with size 14, again too big!  I could not believe I had to go to the size 12's.  Well they fit but still a little baggy, so again back to the racks and finally I discovered the petite dept. and that is where I remained shopping, shopping for size 12 petite.  I feel so good... it's been such a long time that I almost forgot how happy I can be in the mall!!!  Now, I await the next sale, I will be there!!!!!

Way to Go Connie, I know exactly how you feel, I started out a size 16-18 and last week I bought a size 8 jean, how good we both feel....Keep up the great work, it's the BEST....

Congratulations!  I just hope one day to shop in the regular Misses or Petite department, any size there will do me fine, right now that is!  (lol)

congrats to you :)  it is a wonderful feeling!!!!  i got dressed this morning for a business meeting -- put on my new 'dress' pants -- size 4 -- my only blouse -- size L -- woops too big -- put on a tank top and used the blouse over it -- better -- put on my 'post op bought' make up and dammit I LOOKED GOOD!!!! and i FELT good!!  it's just a great feeling :) makes ya smile  take care roberta

You must feel so good about yourself!  I am just starting to feel what it is like to wear the smaller size.  I still cannot believe that I now pass the plus sizes, its going to take awhile to sink in.   

the best thing is that i know i eat right about 95% of the time -- that is also very exciting :)
