I had my RNY in late May.  I've lost about 50 pounds so far.  I'm just now starting to eat non-mushy foods.  I actually ate half a hot dog at the stadium last night.

That is great...did the hot dog sit well? :)  I am a month out on Monday....35 lbs since surgery, lost 25 before surgery.  Feeling good...just tired of the pureed/soft foods.  I have texture issues with my food, and the mushiness is not sitting so well with me :)

Congrats on the great weight loss so far!!  Losing feels so good.  I need to start getting all new clothes now.  I vomited a lot up until about two weeks ago.  I was fine with the hot dog I ate yesterday.  I was so glad because it was an awful steep climb to the top to get to the bathroom if I needed to throw up!!!

LOL, that is true!! Our seats are in the 10th row...I used to dread having to go to the b-room more than once a game because my legs killed by the time I got to the top and was all out of breath.  Looking forward to that not being such a problem in the future! Congrats on your loss, too, that is great! New clothes....that is definitely exciting!

What section are you in?  I'm in Section 102, Row 17, Seats 1 and 2.  I was in my friend's seats last night in Row 12.  Are you going next Friday?  Our department is planning a tailgate at the RAC parking lot.

We are in section 122, Row 10, and I forget the seat numbers..they are diff than last year's seats.  For the big fan I say I am , I cannot go on Friday.  So sad!! I have to do a workshop presentation on Saturday morning in Hopewell and have to be there at 7am!  Oh...it is like 45 mins from my house.  So I decided it might not be a good idea to go to the game.  But I will be at the next one!!!! We park in the blue lot and always tailgate there.  I will get in touch with you before the next game and maybe we can say Hi in person!!

Hi Bridget, Yes, tickets are scarce!  When I was an undergrad I dont think they could have paid people to take them.  (though we still went!). Did your son do his undergrad at RU, too?  We may have been in school at the same time...I am 29. I heard they have a lottery now for student tickets. We have had season tickets for years, and when we went to order this year again we found out we had to make a donation to keep them.  So much for saying thanks to the loyal fans.  But that is ok....we are so happy and excited and looking forward to another great season! Best of luck on your weight loss journey!! Jenn

Yes, I did see his picture!  That is exciting that he is into acting.   I do want to see that movie...I read the book and thought it was great, so I will have to check it out! Jenn
