Does anyone know a doctor that do the lap band surgery at Newark Beth Israel hospital that takes Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield NJ (HMO) and if so do you have the name and the number of the surgeon. I will really appreciate it.

My Surgeon Dr. Ducheine takes Horizon BCBS of NJ(HMO) his number is 973-674-4042 and he did my surgery at Newark Beth Israel. I had open RYN but he does the lap-band also. Good-Luck on your journey.

I just looked him up on the internet and it says his office is in West Orange NJ, Did you have to go to the office in West Orange for your first Appointment or did you go to the Beth Israel Hospital.
