New Fiber Find

At the Natural Health Food Store on Brick BLVD in Brick I found a liquid fiber supplement, pre mixed that has 11 g. soluable fiber per ounce.  I put it in my protein shake this morning and couldn't taste it. Way more fiber punch than benefiber, and other OTC supplements.  Pricey though, $17.99 for 15 ounces.  I will use the bottle and give a 2nd report.  I figure between this in the AM with my shake and fiber one at night, the PIPES ARE CLEAN!
