Horizon NJ PLus bc/bs

I have NJ Plus BCBS and am a teacher as a well. It took roughly a little over a week to get approval. After approval I got a letter in the mail confirming approval as well as telling me that they wouldn't cover cosmetic plastic surgery post the rny. Message me if you have any other questions.

I have NJ Plus/BCBS and it took just over one week to get approval once I fulfilled all the requirements - 6 month diet, psych evaluation, support letter from PCP, info on weight from 5 years ago.  I think that was all!  In any case, once I had all that done, getting the approval was really easy. I had my surgery on May 22.  There was some trouble because the Hospital put me in a private room after surgery, and NJ Plus said my diagnosis did not warrant a private room.  Thought they might not pay for it at all but they did pay some small amount.  I haven't gotten any bills for the balance, so I'm hoping it's closed.
