full liquid diet
Hi,
What are you taking in??
If you are taking protein shakes, that would help tons with hunger.
Also try straining soups, they seemed more satisfying to me that plain broths were...(I didn't have to do a pre-op liquid diet- BUT I was on liquids a week after surgery and both of those things....were good for me...
Also they may count yogurt as a liquid. Ask.
Dannot Light & Fit is 60 calories in a 6 ounce containers and 5 grams of protein.....
Also try not to wait too long to have something...to keep your blood sugars more level and not wildly swinging up and down....

Hi Bern, Thanks for the reply, I know I've been doing it all wrong. I have been having mostly wawa diet green tea, vitamin water, cappacino, and cream of wheat this morning for breakfast. I know the cappacino was probably the worst. Believe me it was the best of so many evils I considered. I think I have myself convinced that starting liquids this early wasn't that neccesary. Anyway I start bootcamp tommorow at 8am and Although I am not sure what bootcamp consists of I have a feeling a lot of things will become clear to me. Tommorow I will pick-up some protien shakes, soup, and yogurt. Wilt
