My primary doctor cleared me for surgery

A couple of weeks ago I went to my doctor's to get a clearance from him for my surgery. He told me he couldn't give me the clearance until he received the lab results. I had to go to the surgeon's office and ask them to fax the results to my primary doctor. Well, today I went to my primary and he was pleased with the lab results. He was even more pleased to know that my surgeon is Dr. Onopchenko. He told me I was in good hands, and told me to say hello for him when I see him again. I took the medical clearance straight to Dr. O's office, but I can't schedule an appointment until they have the sleep test results. Basically, all I'm waiting for is the sleep test and seeing the pulmonologist on the 24th of August. I won't see Dr. O again until September. I was highly upset when I wasn't able to get an earlier date for my sleep test, but I'm over that now. Nereida
