1 year today

Today I am celebrating one year on the losing side!!   I am officially down 107 lbs and wearing a size 10-12 and M tops.  The shame and guilt over the inability to have self control is gone. I live every day w/ pride in my appearance and my restored self confidence.  What a great feeling!! Robin A.
