I had GBS in September 2007,  The surgery went great. i lost 100 lbs as of now am presently weighing 156 LBS.  Now i am TTC( trying to conceive) or Possibly in early pregnancy.  Does anyone have Tips? i Have a 3 year old and am wondering if anything is different this time around.  Especially since i get very bad Gas pain after the surgery.  Any extra vitamins i should take othe that the MV, Calcium, and folic acid. is it safe to exercise?   PLEASE HELP.

I can't really say if/what could be different, but I know that you should be taking extra folic acid during your pregnancy. Also, remember to drink LOTS of fluid, you are now hydrating 2 (possibly) I would also make sure your OB/Gyn knows about your surgery & let your surgeon know about the possibility of pregnancy. I am sure they would know exactly what you should be eating/drinking & what vitamins you should have. Best of Luck to you! Amy - Lap RNY 6/11/07 Surg/Now/Goal 254/219/135 84 lbs to goal
