addicted at 7.5 months out

hi everyone well at the moment i must confess that i am addicted to Quizno's Flatbread Chicken Ceasar Salad without tomatoes!!!!!  i have had 4 of them in the past week and a half -- the lettuce is shredded, the chicken is good, it has cheese, and red onion -- i don't eat the flatbread that comes with it, but i have had a bite and the seasonings on it are just great :)  these are the first salads i have tried since surgery -- i LOVE salad and it's nice to know that i found one i can eat now :)  lets see -- it's been about 7.5 months since surgery -- i'm wearing a size 8 -- the energy level is quite high -- no problems with the hair -- i drink a shake in the morning and make sure i eat protein first -- and the scale just read 151.2 -- what is there to complain about?? not a DAM thing!! oh and i'm addicted to wheat thins too  but all this is better than my old addictions ;)  take care all roberta

Hey Roberta: Where is there a Quizno in s. Jersey?  I am over there at least 3 times per week.  I haven't been able to eat salad and I am 1 year post op.  I can eat all of the ingredients seperately, but not together.  Jim the Nut says I have one weird system.   Congrates on the great stuff going on for you.  I can't believe it has been 7 months. O.K. ROSS AND ROBERTA    I'M GOING THERE AND I'M GOING TO TRY ONE.     I HAVE THIS THING WITH THE 7 LAYER CRUNCH WRAP FROM TOCO BELL,  WHICH IS 500 CAL.   THE BEANS AND CHEESE ARE SO GOOD IN IT.    ANOTHER GOOD THING   "IT IS THAT NEW BREAD STORE VOORHEES, WHITE H. ROAD.   I THINK IT IS CALLED "PAEPRA BREAD"  i messed it up/....WELL, THEY MAKE BREAD , THE SERVE FOOD, COFFEE. HOMEMADE SOUP.   THEY HAVE THIS "TOMATO AND CHEESE SALAD"   IT IS SOOOOOOOOOOOOOO GOOD. Panera Bread!! OMG!! used to go there alot with work when i worked at the day program -- awesome food!! but i stay away from bread now -- i don't want to fill up on bread and not get in the protein -- i WILL NOT lose my hair again lol it's finally about 2 inches long now from when i lost it last summer -- good thing i didn't lose it all and it only looked 'thin' -- but now it's getting it's thickness back  i drive by that Panera Bread every day going to work -- good thing i don't drive by Quizno's haha and if do i haven't seen it yet haha  Roberta

ya but i know me -- i'd be in there getting the chicken ceasar sandwich lol and if i got the french onion soup i would want the bread - -i just know me :) i would want the bread -- it's all about the bread in that place for me -- i'm bad with certain places :) but the french onion soup is really good too :)  Roberta

hi bridget that picture was taken in Gloucester MA in front of the Gloucester Fisherman Memorial -- it's the same picture that is on a box of Gortons frozen fi****ems lol and also where the movie "the perfect storm" was filmed -- i was out trick or treating with my kids during the no-name storm as it is known up in the boston area --  we go to boston twice a year at least -- in april for my grandson's birthday -- and christmas to bring my grandson his gifts -- this time we did a little sight seeing -- showing ross some things he's never seen -- i used to live in Lynn, MA which is right down the street from Gloucester  it's not all that far -- 336 miles -- 5.5 hours from south jersey -- you can go up and have lunch and drive back the same day :) we've done that too  take care roberta
