looking to socialize and make new friends

After my surgery and subsequent weight loss I've realized that many friends were no longer friendly with me or that we no longer had the same interests (ie eating!!!) I would like to make some new friends with both male/females to hang out and socialize with. I live in the Roselle/Linden/Elizabeth area and know of some great spots in jersey city (business area) to hang out and have a great time. Also looking for walking buddies at Warrinanco Park in Elizabeth after work from 6-7 ish????

There are a friendly group that meet the first Saturday of each month at Muhlenberg Hospital in Plainfield.  We are meeting this Saturday.  Why don't you come and meet us???  We can talk about it and lend support.  We start at 10:30.  There are signs posted.
