Finally!!!!

Hi everyone, I just got off the phone with the insurance company, I explained to them my frustration, finally someone was willing to help me, she found out that they do have my paperwork, and that they will have a decision soon as far as my approval, I guess I have to just sit back and be patient now. Melissa, when did your surgeon submit the paperwork for approval? I went to my initial consult on Friday, June 22, and I'm curious to know how long will it take  before I receive word from my insurance company. Nereida
