New Race Report Posted
Happy Monday to all of my NJ board peeps!
My 2nd Triathlon of the season is behind me...
Not only did I survive, but I'm actually starting to see some progress. The amazing tool that is WLS, coupled with hours and hours of training, day in and day have allowed me to experience things and achieve goals that NEVER would have possible before.
If you're interested in the blow-by-blow of my day, my newest race report (along with older ones) is posted on my online Triathlon Journal:

Thanks again for all of the encouragement over the past 16 months!
Be Well,
A.J.
