My weekend plans have recently changed and now I'm not leaving for the Poconos until Saturday morning.

Uhhh, yeah Ang, we'll see you next month!  I'm in commercial real estate, and have been to many a closing over the years...one that should have taken an hour took (count 'em) 4 HOURS!!!  Nightmare girl, nightmare!
