SUPPORT GROUP

I WAS WONDERING DOES ANYBODY KNW ANY SUPPORT GROUP MEETING I CAN ATTEND FOR THIS WEEK OR THIS WEEKEND OR NEXT WEEK...  FOR MY SURGERY....I LIVE IN BROOKLYN NEW YORK, BUT I AM WILLING TO TRAVEL TO NJ AND AROUND NEW YORK

Yes, there is a support group this Sat. 6/2 at 10:30 A.M. ...at  Mulenburg Hosp. in S. Plainfield.  It is for Pre-Op and Post-Op patients.  It is held in the basement.  There are signs posted all over the hosp. I will be be facilitating the group this month.  Hope to see you!! Robin A.

First Saturday of each month at Muhlenberg Hospital on Randolph Rd. in Plainfield...it's a little hike from Brooklyn but traffic is light on Saturday.  We'll meet again in July.

i was wondering would they give u some kinda proof showing i attending the support group session

Englewood support meets the last Wednesday of each month from 6pm - 7:30m and is run by a psychologist. Englewood Hospital 350 Engle Street Englewood, NJ 07631 Next groups: May 30 June 27 July 25 August 29 September 26 October 31 November 28 December 19

is there a fee?

No fee for Englewood support group. I see you are a patient of Dr. Ewing.... I used Dr. Schmidt of ALA also. Have you ever attended the HUMC support group?  Maybe I've seen you there. Englewood is quite a different group -- there are only post-op Gastric Bypass patients.

I haven't been. My schedule has been crazy since surgery. Are they similar? the pre-op support group is different I suppose from the post-op?
