Kimberly McDowell-where r u?

Hello Friends~

I am wondering if anyone has heard from Kimberly?  The last time I heard from her was before the April meeting in Lakewood, so it's been over a month now.  She hasn't posted or anything since then.  If you know how she is, or have heard from her, please let me know   I am worried about her a bit.  Thanks.

A.J.~ That is why I am worried.  Last time we spoke she had just gotten out of the hospital, and it wasn't the first time she had been there.  I am worried about her because she hasn't posted at all.  I think she was in between homes too, possibly living with her Mom last time we spoke.  I was going to drive her to the Lakewood meeting, but I didn't hear back from her. Maybe Nannette has her phone number?  I will have to contact Nannette.  I want to get in touch with Kimberly before next Fridays meeting, she really needs to be there if there is anyway she can make it.  I will offer to drive her, I have been depressed, it is hard, I isolated, and that's the worst.  I will keep you posted.

I passed on some clothes to Kim a few weeks ago. . She didnt seem in a good place, but I dont feel at liberty to share more. I did speak to her Mom and spoke w/ her doc as well. O f course I offered my support but she hasn't been in touch. She also doesn't have a computer so communication is hard. robin

Robin~ Thanks for letting us know that you have seen Kim.  I assumed she's not in a good place, otherwise she would have been coming around and maybe posting.  I feel better just knowing that one of us has been in touch with her and offering support.  When she is ready for the help, she knows that we are all here.  If you think it's appropriate, can you e-mail me privately ([email protected]) and give me a contact number for her?  I don't know what the situation is, but if her mother needs help, I could contact her also and let her know that I am in Brick and I can help.  It's up to you, you know a lot more than I do about where they are.   Thanks for being there for Kim. :-)

Hello Friends~   I had a very pleasant suprise today, Kim called me!  I was on my way home from work and she called me.  I was very happy to hear her voice. She sounds good, much better than last time I spoke with her.  She will be at Toms River on Friday.  I offered her a ride, but she says she has her car back, so we will see her in just a few days. Hi Michelle and everyone, Thank you so much for your concern!  Wow it was so comforting to know that someone cared that much.  I am doing better.  Not great but better.  I will share more with you when I see you on Friday.  I will definetly be at the meeting in TR.  I haven't been to a meeting in months as you know and as you also know I really need one.  My Dad is pretty sick and I am back home helping my Mom to take care of him.  Haven't lost much more weight in the past couple of months. Don't know if it is a plateau or what but....??  Anyway THANKS so much Michelle and I will see you on Friday and tell you more!
