Down another 6.3 lbs this week. I am now below 350 lbs for the first time in at least 8 years, and my BMI is now "extremely obese" instead of "superobese." I am very pleased with myself.
Feeling good and looking GREAT I am sure! Keep up the good work Randy..... are you coming to Lakewood on Monday night? We would love to see you.
